Where to begin with a car that has been woven itself into so many aspects of pop culture. The history of the 911 goes back to the mid 60s when motorsports was going through a revolutionary stage. In an age where we exist so closely to technology, very few things allow us to take a break, a step away, a moment for ourselves and escape, driving for me allows that. I've always thought that Porsche was a less "loud" and out there brand compared to some other makers of "sports cars" rather, appealing to a somewhat elegant audience who appreciated an alternative design and dare I say, subtle, minimalist approach towards life.

When the opportunity presented itself for me to purchase this car I did not hesitate. A few reasons why I decided on this car was its shape and aerodynamics, its unmistakable silhouette. its ability to cover all my driving needs from a comfortable commute to all functions and events or an exhilarating get away. The sound of a naturally aspirated flat 6 is in its own class of desires.

I've always wanted to have a modern Porsche that proudly carries on the model's prestige and to have a truly usable investment car that I can not only enjoy looking at but also jump in and go anywhere i want.

It's come the time for me to pass this piece of history that is New Zealand new and perhaps one of the cleanest examples on the market to its next lucky owner.
